What’s your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your product, please let our professionals know and if we cannot fix it, we will offer a full refund!

Do you only do weddings?

We do all events! Office parties, bridal showers, baby showers, holidays, funerals, etc. We customize every order to match your needs.

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately because these are live flowers, shipping is difficult. We have delivery available outside of the lower mainland, but inquire with us to see if we can get it done.

Do you have customer service?

Of course! We are always available to take your call, especially when you are stressed and have forgotten your inlaw’s bouquets… OOPS!

Are there any restrictions?

No task is too difficult, we will do our best and have professionals who have seen it all!

How soon do you need to order by?

We can do on the spot, but it may require us to get additional help and cost you a few extra bucks. We recommend at least 2 months prior as we book up fast!

What is the average wedding cost for flowers?

This is a tough one, but we get it. You don’t want to waste time and want a simple answer. We have worked with budgets anywhere from $1,000-$15,000. Of course this is dependent on how many bouquets you need, what flowers you want, and what season your wedding will be in.

How does payment work for events?

We usually take a 50% deposit up front, provide a receipt and full documentation. The remaining 50% payment is due a day before the delivery is to be completed.
